Bull Brigade - Strade Smarrite LP

A real snapshot of post-Olympic Turin, considered by many as a turning point in its genre, "Strade Smarrite" by Bull Brigade was perhaps one of the most important street-punk albums of the Italian scene post-2000.
Produced by Marco Balestrino (Klasse Kriminale) and Saverio Sgaramella (Woptime), the album was released in 2008 and then reissued in 2016.
Today, after 15 years, Strade Smarrite comes back to light, completely remastered and with a new graphic design made by Gigio Bonizio, singer of Church Of Violence and authoritative voice of the Turin hardcore punk movement.
Pre-orders will be available starting from March 10th while the release of the album is scheduled for April 7th, the same day that the new acoustic version of "Sulla Collina" will be launched, one of the most beloved songs of the Turin band, which has been played for several years during Torino's home games.
"Sulla Collina" is already an evocative piece, for those who know the passion and faith linked to the world of football, but here it goes beyond becoming visionary and at the same time seeking possible roots of a timeless story that seems unable to exhaust its ambitions.
The music is revisited in a bluegrass key, but with a rock imprint that brings it closer without forcing it to an Irish rebel song. The guitar rhythm rides the tempo of a snare shuffle where mandolin comments are intertwined. Everything is perfected when the slide guitar is inserted, making the chorus imaginative and adding power to the Final explosion.LP
